Da Bomb-Mayfly Nymph-Brown

 The Da Bomb Mayfly Nymph Is our heavy-weight, One of our top-selling flies, a fly design you will find in every top successful guide or fly fisher fly box. There are fish-catching reasons for that. Eh! It's designed to get down quickly and deep without losing the silhouette of a fat, small or large juicy mayfly nymph.

From size 18 to the large hefty 6, they are all tied on a heavy, curved, Japanese solid fly hook with a lead inner hidden core and tungsten bead head. The dubbing material used in its design was explicitly chosen to adhere to water quickly, adding to its weight, plus a segmented wire ribbed body aids in its sink rate and durability. It has all of the signature fly design traits, our spindly nymph legs, shinny wing case and split crystal tail. 

It is also a great fly to use on its own or as an attractor fly, having a small floating pogo nymph tied off it on a short piece of tippet or a light Deadly Nymph. No fly box in the world should be without a range of our Da Bomb Nymphs in various sizes and weights for all water depths.

 This fly design of ours was first designed many moons ago by our founder and geek, out of randomly found Yak hair and a vulture feather and tied by hand in a small 50-house village over 14000ft up in the Himalayas of India while we were on another fishy adventure. How cool is that? Unmatched.

Remember, Having more than one good fly in the correct size is always good. So, the more significant the pack, the better; that way, you will have a few staple flies doubled and trebled up in the pack selection.
